Le d\u00e9veloppement durable d'abord<\/h3>\n\n\nAlex suit Sit & Heat depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Il l'a vu aux informations et a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement enthousiasm\u00e9. Car la durabilit\u00e9 est primordiale dans tous ses restaurants. \"Non seulement nos ingr\u00e9dients sont durables, mais Gusto lui-m\u00eame s'efforce d'y pr\u00eater une attention particuli\u00e8re dans tous ses aspects.\" Parmi les exemples, citons les tables de travail r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie et le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la chaleur.
