Er ist nicht nur K\u00fcchenchef, sondern auch Unternehmer und Eigent\u00fcmer des Restaurants Gusto. Vor 15 Jahren er\u00f6ffnete er sein erstes Restaurant in Rotterdam. Dieses Restaurant erhielt bald den Spitznamen 'Der Italiener von Rotterdam', was die hohe Wertsch\u00e4tzung der G\u00e4ste widerspiegelte. Da das Restaurant immer voll war, er\u00f6ffnete er sein zweites Restaurant gleich um die Ecke. Die wichtigsten Zutaten: frische Produkte und ein leidenschaftliches Team. \"Ein gro\u00dfer Teil meines Teams arbeitet seit der Er\u00f6ffnung mit uns zusammen\", sagt Alex nicht ohne Stolz.<\/strong>\n\n<!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>Nachhaltigkeit zuerst<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nAlex verfolgt Sit &amp; Heat schon seit mehreren Jahren. Er sah es in den Nachrichten und war sofort begeistert. Denn Nachhaltigkeit steht in all seinen Restaurants an erster Stelle. \"Nicht nur unsere Zutaten sind nachhaltig, auch Gusto selbst versucht, in allen Bereichen darauf zu achten.\" Beispiele daf\u00fcr sind die energieeffizienten K\u00fchltische und das W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnungssystem.
